A group of 35 passengers from Mexico recently embarked on an unforgettable 15-day adventure across England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland, with Stewarts Coaches providing dedicated transport throughout their journey.

With 16 destinations across 4 countries, the itinerary was packed with iconic landmarks, cultural experiences, scenic landscapes and plenty of opportunities to explore.

From the first day to the final stop, the Stewarts team worked behind the scenes to ensure the group could enjoy their trip with comfortable, reliable transport throughout.

More Than Just Transport

When a tour involved multiple destinations, hotel changes, ferry crossings, and a packed itinerary, having reliable transport is essential to keeping everything running smoothly.

Working Together

Behind every successful multi-day tour is careful planning and coordination.

As part of the itinerary planning, the operations team identified that Doug needed a 24-hour break between 2 of the stops to ensure his driving hours could be managed safely and compliantly.

Fortunately, being part of the Coach Travel Group means Stewarts can get national support from trusted operators across the UK when needed. JH Coaches, who operated near the stops, were able to provide a driver for the required period. The handover was carefully planned in advance, with the driver Andy meeting Doug in York and taking over the driving.

This meant the group could continue their itinerary as planned, with minimal disruption to their journey.

It is a great example of the benefit of being part of a wider coach travel network: local knowledge and service, backed by national support when it is needed.
